When anxiety, low mood, destructive patterns or family life feel overwhelming, it can be hard to find a path forward. You might feel stuck in your thoughts, drained by relationships, or unsure why the same patterns keep repeating.

Therapy offers a space to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, process the unprocessed and begin to feel differently.

This might be for you if:

  • You feel anxious, on edge, or constantly overthinking
  • You feel low, stuck, or emotionally exhausted
  • Relationships feel confusing, painful or hard work
  • You keep repeating the same patterns with yourself and/or others
  • Family life feels tense, overwhelming or emotionally loaded
  • You’re coping outwardly but struggling underneath
  • A past or recent experience still affects you

You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy.

How therapy with me works

I offer a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where we can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace.

I’m a friendly therapist who will ask thoughtful questions to understand how you experience the world. I believe you are the expert in yourself — my role is to support you to gain insight, understand your patterns, and make changes that feel meaningful and manageable.

Many of the difficulties people bring — anxiety, low mood, relationship and family struggles — are closely connected. Therapy can help you understand these links and respond with more clarity, confidence and self-compassion.

Primary areas I work with:

  • Anxiety and overwhelm
  • Depression
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Family and family life issues (including infertility)
  • Addiction (directly or indirectly)
  • Experiences of sexual abuse

These areas are often closely connected and I’m not limited to working in these areas.
