We will then book in a initial free 30 minute call / video call.

This is a chance for me to get to grips with the key areas that may be explored in therapy with you, and an overview of yourself.

Importantly, it also gives you the time to experience what I am like as a therapist.

If we both agree we want to work together then moving forward fees will be £55 for individuals or £60 for couples/relationships (the latter is my reduced trainee fee). 

I offer either online, phone or face to face in Stroud, so either you’ll come to a town centre location (I’ll send the details once we’ve confirmed) or I’ll send you a zoom link / phone number.
